A real estate and property development firm was developing a new living complex located in the Loring Park neighborhood of Minneapolis called Marquee. While the property’s name and logo had been developed, other branded items, sales materials and digital assets were still needed to successfully market this new building to prospective renters. The logo needed to be expanded upon to build a brand identity around it. Key branded elements, including brand positioning, brand guidelines, sales materials and digital assets for Marquee were created.
